Art Nouveu Ring Making Workshop! 6TH SEPTEMBER

Art Nouveu Ring Making Workshop! 6TH SEPTEMBER
I am delighted that I am offering intimate ring making and pendant making workshops inspired by my love for Art Nouveau and wax carving.
Join me to to learn about wax carving and create your own wax model ring! You’ll learn a bit about the behind the scenes of jewellery making and enjoy a mindful morning of being creative and making!
The session will be around two and half hours. I’ll explain a little about the art of wax carving, then guide you through designing, making and adding pattern to a wax piece. You’ll finish the morning with a wax model which can then be cast in silver or gold, with gemstones of your choice and worn forever! Please note, to have your ring cast into metal, will be an additional cost which you can find below.
I was listening to a podcast with Daisy Fancourt on how beneficial the arts and creativity are for you mental health. If you’re not used to arty things, she said to start small. And I think a workshop like this is the perfect start for anyone wanting to explore their creativity AND you get a piece of jewellery at the end of it, that you’ve made!
Working with your hands, getting creative and trying something new feeds the soul and I have loved putting these sessions together for you!
Please note this is a fun creative workshop and not a jewellery making lesson!
Please note this is just the price for the workshop where you will finish with a wax model. If you would like your wax model cast into metal you can find pricing below.

“Ella is such an amazing teacher. Not only was she extremely knowledgable and skilled but she was dedicated to helping each of us make learn how to make a ring. It’s a perfect day out to unleash your inner jewellery designer for those looking for a new experience in London!”
“Ella’s workshop was a lovely opportunity to have an insight into how she creates her gorgeous jewellery. Ella explained about the process of wax carving and how that ultimately translates into the finished piece. She gave us lots of ideas of designs for us to then create our own, including sizing and shaping rings. Ella was really encouraging as we tackled the intricate patterns we had chosen and I have a new found admiration for all the skill and hard work required to produce her beautiful pieces! It was a very fulfilling and fun afternoon.”
